A beautifully renovated home on the Gold Coast, featuring a cohesive coastal and relaxed design with blue accents, palm prints, and thoughtfully styled indoor and outdoor spaces.
Our client's brief was for a ‘coastal, palms relaxed feel’ with accents of blue tones throughout the house, tying everything together seamlessly. To achieve the coastal and relaxed ambiance, our Interior Styling team layered soft tones and textiles in all the cushions on the lounges and armchairs. Palm and tropical prints on cushions in various rooms create a cohesive flow throughout the house, perfectly complementing the two statement Slim Aarons prints in the lounge and dining areas.
During the renovation stage, our client provided samples of the terrazzo flooring laid throughout the living areas. The soft pink accents in the flooring inspired our mood boards and style layout for each room. Palm cushions were selected to match these hues, harmonising with the artwork above the lounge.
One of our favourite areas in this house is the outdoor entertaining area. We used our 3m outdoor Hampton dining table with white Seychelle chairs, providing ample seating for entertaining. This space also features options for guests to sit at the counter looking back into the house or relax on our Bermuda armchairs and lounges. Light-coloured furniture keeps this large area bright and spacious, while blue textural cushions tie back to the colours used throughout the house.
